Sports Active Coaching has partnered up with Fitzrovia Youth in Action (FYA), Camden’s leading youth action charity, to offer “Project Fitness” which is a Saturday outdoor bootcamp style sessions to keep you fit over the summer. FYA is a very well deserving local charity that mentors young people, guiding them through difficult times into employment or further study. The bootcamp micro-business aims to not only provide the young people with experience in fitness, but also in business management, marketing and development. All sessions take place at the Multi-Use Games Arena, Whitfield Place, W1T 5JX come rain or shine. Sessions are as follows:

Strength and Conditioning (Saturday 10am – 10:40am):

In this class you will do exercises that work on cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. This will help maximize your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity.

Bootcamp (Saturday 10:40am – 11:20am):

A challenging all body free weight workout. Bootcamp mixes cardio and resistance exercises to improve your balance, strength and flexibility.

Circuit Training (Saturday 11:20am – 12pm):

Circuit training will work on body conditioning at high intensity with one exercise for 30 to 90 seconds and then moving on to the next station.
